We are working on the preparation of safety, health and hygiene protocols for all our departments.

Reception, buffet, pool, beach, hammock service and everything related to the kitchen already have working measures in place to make the opening effective and safe.

We have also taken the following measures:

· Staff training on the use of disinfectant and antivirus material & all aspects of customer safety

· Periodic audits to check internal and external processes

· Booking of activities and services & viewing of restaurant and bar menus by mobile phone

· Extended timetable for additional services

· Buffet with single service and assistance

· Capacity maintenance of 70% in all hotel rooms

· Disinfection gels and carpets

· One-man laundry service

· Temperature Controls

· And many other precautions to ensure safety
